Etihad Bus is a student transport company in Mansoura, operating since 2000 and linking five cities in Dakahlia to four universities. At Sparta Flow, we built a system of six products on one operational core. It serves management, branch offices, supervisors and students.

Operations ran on paper, group chats and phone calls, for more than 6,000 students per term and dozens of trips a day. No one saw the full picture at the same moment, and information arrived after the event. They needed one system to run term subscriptions and daily summer tickets, and to enforce strict booking rules. It also had to keep working inside a moving bus, and in a branch office that can lose its connection at 7 AM.
We built six connected products on one shared dataset, designed to work offline from the first line of code. • Admin dashboard with multi-level permissions: manage routes, pickup points and schedules, and follow trips while they run. • Desktop app for branch offices: register students, subscriptions and payments offline, then sync when the connection returns. • Supervisor app: trip manifest and attendance by QR scan with no connection, plus delay and breakdown reports. • Student app: book the outbound and return trip together, pick a pickup point, and change a trip before it departs. • WhatsApp booking bot: a second booking channel with no app to install, and a gateway for operational notifications. • Bilingual Arabic/English website: every page matches what the app actually does.

Our operation used to run on paper and phone calls. Today supervisors record attendance even without internet, and Sparta Flow built us a system that understands how we work.
