ZINI Hub: An Operating Platform for Designers, a Trusted Marketplace

ZINI Hub is a mobile platform that connects interior designers, architects and landscape designers with homeowners looking for someone they can trust. Sparta Flow designed and built the iOS and Android app. Designers run their daily work from it, while clients find, book and pay designers securely.

The challenge

Design is a sensitive purchase, yet clients struggled to find a trusted designer nearby. Past work was scattered, and no digital payment protected their money. Designers, meanwhile, lacked a steady source of clients and worked across disconnected tools. ZINI Hub needed a platform designers rely on first, which then brings clients to them with trust.

The solution

We built a single app that combines a designer’s working tools with a trusted marketplace for clients. Verification and shareable portfolios: Each designer’s identity, experience and certificates are reviewed before the profile goes live with a verified badge. A unique link opens it in the app or on the web. Location-based discovery: Clients filter designers by style, room and city, and browse their work through photos and video. Escrow booking and payments: Both sides agree on time and price, and payment is held until the consultation is complete. Designers then withdraw earnings from their wallet. In-app engineering drawing tools: Designers plan spaces, add doors and furniture, and edit dimensions. The tools connect to a laser device. Designer workspace: Bookings, projects, files and clients in one place, with personalized notifications. Community and direct chat: Client-designer chat, plus a community where clients ask designers questions and gather ideas before booking.
