The challenge

Architectural design projects are long, with many stages, approvals and payments. Most of them run on scattered WhatsApp chats, phone calls and bank transfers. The result: clients don't know where their project stands, designers chase approvals and payments, and there is no single record to settle a dispute. The brief was an app that organizes the whole journey, in Arabic and English, without losing the simplicity of WhatsApp that users already rely on.

The solution

We turned each project into a clear path of defined stages that client and designer see at the same moment: • Visible progress and completed stages on every project. • A financial summary per project: total, paid and outstanding, with an instant alert when a payment is overdue. • Terms accepted before work starts, so every project begins on a clear agreement. • Priority-based notifications: anything about money or signatures reaches the user instantly in-app, by push and on WhatsApp, with a link that opens the exact page. • A complete Arabic and English experience, with Arabic numerals and each user's local time.
