Web apps and management systems

The operating system for student transport — Al-Etihad Bus. Seven connected products that keep running even when the internet drops.

A geographically spread operation, run with tools that were never meant for it. Five departure cities, four universities, dozens of trips a day each way, and thousands of students — each with a route, a pickup point, and a time. All of it was managed with paper, group chats, and phone calls. The predictable result of a system like that: nobody holds the full picture at the same moment, and the update arrives after the event. A dropped connection is not the exception — it is a daily condition. That is the central challenge of the project. The supervisor works inside a bus moving between cities.
One system, six products: 1. The admin console — permissions by role, the operations center. Routes, pickup points, and schedules; students and subscriptions; live trip tracking while a run is underway; attendance reports; and access at different levels by role. Live tracking is what turns a breakdown or a delay into a decision based on information, not a phone call. 2. A desktop app for the branch offices — it keeps working when the internet drops. Branch offices are where a student is registered first.

With Sparta, it felt personal. The process was smooth, the design was striking, and every detail had a reason of its own.
